These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Bun Bounty website, app, and WhatsApp ordering service (collectively, the "Service"), operated in India. By browsing our menu or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

You must be at least 18 years old, or place orders under the supervision of a parent or guardian, to use the Service. By placing an order, you confirm that the information you provide (name, address, phone number) is accurate and that you are authorised to use the payment method provided.

• Orders can be placed through our website, app, or via WhatsApp. An order is confirmed only once you receive an order confirmation message.
• We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including due to item unavailability, delivery-area limits, suspected fraud, or errors in pricing or product information displayed on the Service.
• Menu items, prices, and availability are subject to change without prior notice.

• All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (₹) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
• Delivery charges, packaging fees, or minimum-order requirements, if any, will be shown before you confirm your order.
• Payment can be made via the online payment options offered at checkout, or cash on delivery where available. Online payments are processed by our third-party payment partner; we do not store your card or bank details.
• In case of a failed transaction where money is debited, the amount will be refunded to your original payment method within a reasonable time, subject to your bank's processing timelines.

• Estimated delivery times are approximate and may vary due to weather, traffic, order volume, or other factors beyond our control.
• You are responsible for providing an accurate delivery address and being reachable at the contact number provided. We are not liable for delays or failed delivery caused by incorrect information or unavailability of the recipient.

• Orders can be cancelled free of charge only before preparation has begun. Once preparation has started, we may be unable to accept a cancellation as our items are made fresh to order.
• If an item is missing, incorrect, or does not meet quality expectations, contact us within a reasonable time of delivery (e.g. via WhatsApp or the contact details below) with details, and we will review the issue and offer a replacement, credit, or refund at our discretion.
• As food is a perishable item, refunds for "change of mind" after preparation or delivery are not guaranteed.

You agree not to:

• Provide false or misleading order or contact information.
• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or to harass our staff or delivery partners.
• Attempt to interfere with, disrupt, or gain unauthorised access to our systems, website, or app.

All content on the Service, including the Bun Bounty name, logo, menu descriptions, photographs, and design, is owned by or licensed to us and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without our prior written consent.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bun Bounty shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including delays, unavailability of items, or issues caused by third-party payment or delivery providers. Our total liability for any claim relating to an order will not exceed the value of that order.

While we take care in food preparation, our kitchen handles common allergens including gluten, dairy, egg, and soy. Customers with allergies or dietary restrictions should contact us before ordering to confirm ingredient details. We are not liable for allergic reactions where this information was not sought in advance.

We may revise these Terms at any time by updating this page. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
